Visa Required

  1. Scan the PDF of the New Passport and the Original Old Passport — scan the front and back pages, including the visas and stamps found in the passport.
    (1 PDF New Passport + 1 PDF Old Passport)

  2. Scan the PDF of the Sponsor Letter (1 PDF)

  3. Scan SIUP/NIB — if the business owner (1 PDF)

  4. Scan PDF proof of financials for at least the last 3 months (bank statements/savings accounts are acceptable) (1 PDF).
    For employees: must attach bank statements for the last 3 months (payroll, showing salary payments/entries every month).

  5. Scan Salary Slips for the last 3 months if employed

  6. Scan Family Card (KK) (1 PDF)

  7. Scan ID Card (KTP) (1 PDF)

  8. Scan Marriage Certificate (Akte Nikah) (1 PDF)

  9. Scan Birth Certificate — if the child is joining (1 PDF)

  10. Scan Name Change Letter — if there has been a name change (1 PDF)

  11. Scan Student ID or School Attendance/Enrollment Letter (1 PDF)

  12. Scan PDF of travel tickets and hotel booking (Optional)

  13. Scan PDF Medical Check-Up from the appointed doctor & Travel Insurance — for those above 75 years old (1 PDF)

  14. Scan PDF Invitation Letter from Australia — for business purposes, or if there are family members residing in Australia (1 PDF)

  15. Aussie PR Visa, Driver License (1 PDF)

  16. Aussie Passport / Sponsor’s Indonesian Passport (1 PDF)

  17. Birth Certificate of the sponsor as proof of relationship (1 PDF)

  18. The Australia “Small Form” completed in full

  19. Scan Form 1229 for children under 18 years old if traveling with one parent or not traveling with their parents (1 PDF)

  4. All visa processing starting from 22 June 2019 is done online, so physical documents are no longer required. All documents must be sent via email as PDF files per document, and each file must not exceed 5 MB.
